On this occasion we are kindly asking you to submit nominations for Carlos Diaz-Alejandro prize which is designed to honor the memory and contribution of Carlos Diaz-Alejandro and to encourage high quality research on economic issues relevant to Latin America.

Please nominate up to three candidates (please include the candidates name, institutional affiliation, and at least a few sentences explaining why you are nominating that person) before midnight ET on Thursday, February 12th.

Only active members of LACEA can nominate candidates. No current members of the executive committee are eligible to be nominated. For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!
