This workshop aims to bring together scholars, researchers, and policy experts in economics to discuss new research on gender inequality, household behavior, and the evolving structure of families and labor markets. We welcome submissions that explore gender-related issues or household dynamics. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: intra-household decision-making, marriage markets, fertility and demographic change, gender gaps in labor market and asset outcomes, care provision, reproductive health, gender norms, violence against women, and the gendered impacts of broader demographic and macroeconomic trends. Invited speakers include Marianne Bertrand, Sonia Bhalotra, Anne Boring, Patricia Cortes, Raquel Fernández, and Basit Zafar.
